Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In order to minimise the scope of the collection and processing of personal data as far as possible, GX4FM largely refrains from collecting and storing personal data and from using cookies and external analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, in accordance with the GDPR. You can visit our website without providing any personal data.

However, for operational reasons and for security analyses to prevent and evaluate any system errors and/or so-called cyberattacks on our website, so-called server logs are automatically stored in our web host’s system for one week in accordance with the legal basis for data processing of the GDPR. These logs contain the IP address and the date and time of access. In addition, the browser type and browser version, the names of requested websites or files and the amount of data sent are transmitted. This information is not used for any other purpose and is completely deleted after seven days.

The GX4FM website uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. This is indicated in the address bar of the browser by „https://“ and a lock icon.

The website uses cookies to perform certain technical functions (e.g. session cookies, language settings, etc.). If you do not want this, you can prevent/deactivate the use of cookies in the security or data protection settings of your browser and delete any cookies that have been set.  No advertising cookies or social media cookies are set.

Any personal data (e.g. name or email address) collected on our website is always done so on a voluntary basis and with your consent. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

We would also like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. sending emails) may be subject to security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
